I didnt have to travel far to get to where i wanted to go...

Woken up at 8am from workers hammering outside the window, and all they were doing was building a small shed for wheelie bins. At that time of morning and job considered, was really a need for such a job necessary ? And a saturday morning at that. Also corridors very noisy from hollow floorboards. Could hear every persons walk by. Small quiet bar and not great opening times. Residents bar is a locked fridge with whom the reception keep the key. My room was fine(execuctive) but the other parties said their rooms were so small that when you get out of bed your standing in the bathroom.

Ability to park my car. Proximity to East Putney tube. Friendly receptionist.

There was no one serving at the bar on the one occasion I wanted a drink and I felt as though I was being a nuisance in getting the bar person to leave whatever she was doing behind reception and serve me.

Location close to eats putney tube station helpful staff Pleasant breakfast in conservatory. Good quality food

The Hotel didn't even have bar meals after 10:00pm, which for a city hotel, catering for Wimbledon guests, who are often not arriving back until then is quite poor. Bar meals should be served until at least 11:00pm.

Car parking facility was good with plenty of spaces at no extra cost. The Rooms had clearly been updated quite recently and were in very good,clean condistion. Smart bathroom, good size bed and fridge in the room which was very useful. One downside, the shower flow was quite slow but the water was hot.

Ecellent breakfast, clean and tidy, friendly and helpfull staff.

The room was immaculate and the service excellant. Free parking and internet another bonus.

The hotel was ideal as it had car parking, and was in a nice area of London. The hotel was clean, and i would have no hesitation in booking again. It was a little expensive however.

Location and friendly staff, very helpful.

It was sold as being a major refurb, compared to it's previous owner, but changes were limited. The executive rooms were very small and cramped and my friend had a standard single room in the attic which was very cramped.

Convient to where I needed to be. Comfortable, clean with excellent decore.

Slightly expensive in comparison to some city centre hotels.

The personal service, and the staff were helpful and obliging with our personal needs and requests.

Rooms are small!

The shower in my room didn't work correctly because almost no water came out so I could use it so I wasn't very happy at all. On the up side the hotel did not therefore charge me for breakfast so I appreciate that they did their best to make it up to me.
